Returns and Exchange Policy

At Hayaat Classics, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with original packaging and tags will be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns: 

Products must be unused and retain at least 90% of their original condition and content.

Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

"Change of mind" is not applicable for return.

Return shipment charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent via a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post).

Refunds and Exchanges: 

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.

"Change of mind" is not applicable for refund or exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
In cases of damage, leakage, or incorrect products received, all return or exchange delivery charges will be covered by us.

Processing Time:

Returns and exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days from receipt of the product at our end.
